2. What currency is spent in Zanzibar, and can my local cards work there? Will I need any cash on me?
Zanzibar uses the Tanzanian Shilling (TZS).
It’s perfectly safe to travel with US Dollars, which can be easily exchanged on arrival — and any leftover currency can be converted back before departure.

Your assistant can either attend in person or join virtually during workshop sessions.
